The Logbook Dispatch Agent role at Mogo Finance is dedicated to managing the crucial administrative and customer-facing tasks related to vehicle logbooks, ensuring seamless transfers, timely dispatch, and effective client communication.
Key Responsibilities (What you will do):
- Handling logbook transfer tasks.
- Calling clients to transfer/discharge the logbooks and coordinating logbook collection at the branches.
- Submitting retrieval requests through the task system and retrieving logbooks from the store.
- Ensuring all transferred logbooks are dispatched to the branches for collections by the clients.
- Ensuring all dispatched logbooks are uploaded on the application by the branches and that respective clients are contacted to pick them up.
- Ensuring branches utilize the application to give away the logbooks and that clients accept the transfer process.
- Ensuring all walk-in clients are served promptly.
- Handling complaints for walk-in customers related to logbooks and escalating issues to the relevant department if a solution is not immediately available.
- Retrieving logbooks for walk-in customers.
- Ensuring clients sign the logbook collection form and accept the transfer before handing over the logbook.
Qualifications and Requirements (What you will need):
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in a related capacity.
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work independently.
- Fluency in English and Swahili.
