Solvo provides exceptional, affordable remote talent to U.S. and Canadian businesses in 50+ industry specialties. We are currently looking for a Junior Recruiter to proactively identify and engage top candidates across multiple roles and industries. This role is primarily focused on building and maintaining talent pipelines independently.
Work Schedule and Location
Schedule: Full-time | 5 days per week | 40 hours
Location: Onsite at Oasis Outsourcing - Royal Offices, 3rd Floor, Office 33, Mogotio Road, Nairobi, Kenya.
Compensation
Salary: 52,500 KES + Commissions
Key Responsibilities
Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand or recurring positions.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and specialized platforms.
Conduct initial screenings to assess skills, experience, and interest.
Maintain an organized database of active and passive candidates.
Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
Track sourcing metrics and provide pipeline progress updates.
Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Stay up to date with market trends and sourcing best practices.
Job Requirements
Qualification: BA/BSc/HND degree.
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition.
Skills: Strong research and passive candidate sourcing skills; proven ability to build talent pipelines independently.
Tools: Hands-on experience with ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean search, etc.).
