IT Officer

Haly Group Limited is seeking a proactive IT Officer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about technology, problem-solving, and ensuring smooth IT operations within a fast-paced transportation environment.

General IT Skills and Knowledge Areas

The role requires proficiency in the following areas:

• Hardware and Embedded systems knowledge.
• Strong Troubleshooting and Problem solving abilities.
• Skills in Network management, Connectivity, and Software development.
• Familiarity with Cyber security best practices.
• Understanding of Business and product skills as they relate to IT operations.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess the following:

• A Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or a closely related field.
• 1-3 years’ experience in IT support, system administration, or a comparable role.
• Possessing Experience with GPS tracking systems or IoT devices is considered an added advantage.
