You will be the primary technical point of contact for IT Field Referents and ensure that infrastructure solutions are available, reliable, and aligned with organizational architecture.\n\n### Responsibilities and Duties\n\n- Infrastructure Support: Familiarize yourself with both general and headquarters-dedicated infrastructure to support colleagues and integrate field systems effectively.\n- Technical Expertise: Provide support for field infrastructure systems to ensure stable and secure operations.\n- Coordination: Act as the primary technical point of contact for IT Field Referents on infrastructure-related matters, ensuring coordination and issue resolution.\n- Deployment & Reliability: Ensure field IT infrastructure solutions are deployed successfully and remain reliable for operational continuity.\n- Standards Implementation: Apply approved infrastructure standards and technical guidelines to ensure consistency and interoperability.\n- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the evolution of field network kits by applying validated technical directives and responding to operational needs.\n- Monitoring: Track the status and performance of field infrastructure to anticipate risks and ensure service quality.\n- Project Support: Participate in the design, roll-out, and transition phases of infrastructure projects in field contexts.\n\n### Skills and Experiences\n\n- Technical Skills: System and Network Administration in enterprise environments; Knowledge of Microsoft and Linux environments; Administering Fortinet firewalls and VPN solutions; PowerShell scripting and automation.\n- Security Knowledge: Implementation of MFA, Zero Trust, and least privilege practices.\n- Methodology: ITIL-based service management (Incident, Change, Problem Management); Patch management; Backup and disaster recovery planning.\n- Behavioral Skills: Ability to work in a multicultural environment; strong communication and analytical thinking; adaptability and stress management.\n\n### Qualifications and Requirements\n\n- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.\n- Certifications (Highly Valued): Microsoft certifications (Azure Administrator, M365, Identity and Access Administrator); Fortinet certifications (NSE 4 / FCP or higher); ITIL Foundation certification.\n- Languages: Essential: Fully fluent in English (C1).
