The role involves mobilizing senior leadership to secure focus and investment for high-impact innovation delivery, and overseeing end-to-end execution to integrate launches into the commercial calendar and strategic plan.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n- Lead commercial partnership for the innovation pipeline, aligning with Sales, RTC, and business priorities.\n- Mobilize senior sales and cross-functional leaders to secure focus, investment, and resources for high-impact innovation delivery.\n- Oversee end-to-end execution, integrating launches into the commercial calendar and strategic plan.\n- Partner with senior leadership to evolve the Sales function for innovation-led growth.\n- Shape and champion RTC models that unlock innovation scale and market reach.\n- Define enterprise-wide innovation critical metrics and embed thorough execution standards into sales performance.\n- Redesign sales incentives to reward innovation delivery and drive accountability.\n- Act as the key commercial bridge across innovation, marketing, and sales for strategic alignment.\n- Embed commercial insights into launch planning to ensure relevance, differentiation, and performance.\n- Set and supervise critical launch benchmarks, ensuring robust customer propositions and sell-in tools.\n- Own the innovation performance management framework coordinated within global reporting.\n- Lead executive-level performance reviews and drive data-driven interventions.\n- Influence senior sales leadership to prioritize corrective actions for consistent delivery.\n- Champion continuous commercial monitoring, evaluation, and cross-market learning.\n- Provide strategic oversight at governance breakthroughs to ensure go-to-market readiness and commercial viability.\n\n### Requirements and Skills\n- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, or related field.\n- 5–7 years of demonstrated ability in FMCG or a fast-paced commercial environment.\n- Proven experience in innovations or shopper marketing.\n- Experience handling budgets and delivering business results.\n- Critical thinking and strategic planning abilities.\n- Financial competence and budget management skills.\n- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.\n- Proficiency in consumer insight development.\n- Project and stakeholder management experience.\n- Creativity and an innovation-focused attitude.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested and qualified candidates should apply online via the Diageo careers portal on Workday.
