Role Overview
AAR Healthcare is currently one of the largest providers of outpatient healthcare services in East Africa, with a network of 21 clinics across the country. Reporting to the Health Centre Manager, the Business Development Executive is responsible for driving business growth by implementing effective business development strategies at the outpatient centres. The role involves identifying new opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Develop and implement business development plans and schedules.
Represent the organization at corporate and industry events.
Build and maintain strong client relationships in line with company guidelines.
Prepare periodic reports on business performance and market trends.
Follow up and resolve client service queries in a timely manner.
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Marketing option) or a related business field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing.
Membership to the Marketing Society of Kenya (MSK) or a relevant professional body is an added advantage.
Strong ICT proficiency.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to work collaboratively.
Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
Results-driven, innovative, and self-motivated.
