Job Description
The Institute of Advanced Technology (IAT) is seeking enthusiastic and motivated ICT Trainers to join its team. This opportunity is specifically designed for fresh University graduates who are passionate about technology, teaching, and empowering others with essential digital skills. The role focuses on providing quality instruction and mentoring to students within the institution's world-class teaching and research facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality ICT training and instruction to students.
Mentor and guide learners in their development of technical and digital skills.
Foster an engaging learning environment that encourages research and application of computer science principles.
Stay updated with emerging fields such as Machine Learning and other digital competencies to provide relevant training.
Support students in achieving their learning objectives through structured coursework.
Minimum Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree in Information Communication Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of common ICT applications and systems.
Added Advantages
Previous training or certification from the Kenya School of TVET.
Official registration with TVET as a Trainer.
