Human Resources Trainee

This Management Trainee Program is designed to intentionally develop future leaders through structured exposure, hands-on experience, and mentorship across the business, specifically within the Human Resources domain.

Candidate Requirements

We are seeking graduates who possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree (Second Class Upper and above) or a Master’s degree (any discipline).
• Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Are adaptable, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Show leadership potential and a willingness to take ownership.
• Are interested in building a long-term career in FMCG manufacturing and commercial operations.
