Job Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Hiring: Managing the hiring process end-to-end, from job postings to successful employee onboarding.
- Employee Records: Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Policy Implementation: Developing and enforcing school policies and procedures.
- Staff Development: Organizing training programs and professional development opportunities.
- Benefits Administration: Managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
- Conflict Resolution: Addressing employee grievances and disciplinary issues.
Job Requirements
Candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Commerce or any other related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Officer, Administrator, or a similar HR role.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, including pay & benefits administration, recruitment, training, and development.
- In-depth understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HR software is considered an added advantage.
