We are seeking to recruit a qualified, competent, and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Human Resource Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Support the implementation of HR strategies, policies, and systems.
Coordinate recruitment and selection processes to ensure the facility is adequately staffed.
Maintain accurate employee records including attendance, contracts, and leave management.
Assist in payroll preparation and the administration of employee benefits.
Ensure full compliance with Kenyan labor laws and internal organizational policies.
Manage employee relations and facilitate disciplinary processes when necessary.
Coordinate staff training and development programs to enhance employee performance.
Prepare comprehensive HR reports and documentation for management review.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
CHRP certification (either completed or in progress).
2-3 years of experience in a similar role, specifically within a hospital or healthcare environment.
Deep knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Human Resource Management Systems.
