Job Description
CDL is seeking a Hospital Human Resource Officer to support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems within a healthcare environment. The role is responsible for managing recruitment, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies within a hospital setup.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Manage recruitment and selection processes.
Maintain employee records, including attendance, contracts, and leave management.
Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Handle employee relations issues and disciplinary processes.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Prepare HR reports and documentation.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
CHRP certification or progress towards certification.
Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a Hospital set up.
Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
