Kivulini Schools is seeking a professional and experienced Human Resource Manager to strengthen our people and systems as we continue to grow. Role Overview
You will support HR functions for a dynamic team of about 100 staff across academic and operational units, ensuring accountability, high performance, and a positive, professional work environment. This role requires a firm approach to staff management.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the hiring process and welcome new staff into the institution.
Performance Management & Staff Development: Oversee performance reviews and facilitate professional growth.
Employee Relations & Workplace Culture: Maintain a healthy work environment and foster a professional culture.
HR Systems, Policies & Compliance: Ensure all operations align with Kenyan labour laws and school policies.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: BA/BSc/HND degree.
Certification: Higher Diploma/IHRM certification is an added advantage.
Experience: 3-5 years' HR experience; MUST have worked in a school setting or have a background in education.
Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Kenyan Labour Laws.
