We help them leverage their greatest assets—their people—to capture more opportunities and grow their businesses.\n\nThe Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, focusing on aligning HR strategies with business growth. The role involves workforce planning, organizational design, and performance management to drive organizational effectiveness.\n\n### Key Focus Areas\n- Strategic HR partnership with senior leadership.\n- Workforce planning and organizational design aligned to business growth.\n- Implementing performance management frameworks and providing data-driven insights.\n- Managing compensation structures, job grading, and pay-for-performance principles.\n- Enhancing employee engagement and overall organizational effectiveness.\n\n### Requirements & Qualifications\n- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\n- Proven experience in a strategic HR role (HRBP, HR Strategy, or Organizational Development) with clear evidence of business impact.\n- Prior experience in strategic consulting or strategy-focused roles is strongly preferred.\n- Demonstrated experience in B2C, FMCG, or consumer-driven environments, particularly those led by sales and marketing.\n- Strong understanding of how HR strategy adapts to evolving business models and growth stages.\n- Hands-on experience in at least one core HR area such as performance management, organizational development, compensation, or talent strategy.\n- Proven ability to develop conceptual frameworks and translate them into practical, scalable solutions.\n- Experience working closely with senior leadership and influencing strategic decision-making.\n- Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.\n- Knowledge of organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management systems.\n- Familiarity with compensation structures, job grading, and pay-for-performance principles.\n- Strong stakeholder management, coaching, and communication skills.\n- Professional HR certification (IHRM, SHRM, CIPD, or HRCI) is an added advantage.\n\n### How to Apply\nApply by sending your application to .
