Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Director to shape and uphold a strong, values-driven company culture as the organization scales.
- Recruit and onboard purpose-driven individuals who align with the company's mission.
- Lead with empathy—fostering a supportive environment, resolving conflicts, and promoting fairness across the team.
- Ensure company policies remain compliant while prioritizing practicality, empathy, and common sense.
- Conduct regular performance reviews using defined KPIs and deliver constructive, actionable feedback.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records, contracts, and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Track leave requests, prepare payroll inputs, and ensure compliance with labor requirements.
- Design and implement comprehensive training and development programs aimed at strengthening organizational culture, enhancing employee skills, and supporting effective team development.
- Review, align, and manage payroll structures to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with organizational policies and market standards.
- Oversee employee benefits administration, ensuring effective management, clear communication, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Develop, review, and enforce HR policies and procedures to promote fairness, compliance, and best practices across the organization.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and grievance management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in line with legal requirements and internal standards.
- Formulate and implement HR strategies that align with and support the company’s overall business objectives and long-term goals.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR, with formal training in HR matters.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
