The Horeca Sales Executive role is focused on executing regional HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) and institutional sales plans to achieve set targets in Mombasa. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts and promoting the company's full product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute regional HORECA and institutional sales plans and achieve set targets.
- Identify, onboard, and manage key accounts such as hotels, restaurants, bakeries, schools, hospitals, and cleaning service companies.
- Promote the full product portfolio with strong product knowledge and application support.
- Build trusted relationships with procurement teams and operational decision-makers.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends and provide regular reports.
- Manage sales administration, forecasting, and coordination of orders, deliveries, and credit.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, and technical consultants to support trials, demonstrations, and activations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Diploma or bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or Food Science.
- Experience: 3-5 years' experience in FMCG sales, with exposure to food service, catering, or hygiene products strongly preferred.
- Track Record: Proven ability to achieve sales targets and expand territory coverage.
- Product Knowledge: Knowledge of edible oils, fats, margarine, soaps, or cleaning detergents is a strong advantage.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
