GME Intern

AIC Kijabe Hospital, classified as a Level 6B National Tertiary Teaching and Referral Hospital, is seeking a Graduate Medical Education (GME) Intern. This role is crucial in providing essential administrative, organizational, and documentation support, primarily within the GME department or a related administrative function that supports the hospital's academic and healthcare operations. The intern is expected to perform effectively in a faith-based healthcare and academic environment.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates must demonstrate the following qualifications, experience, and competencies:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Health Administration, or a related field.
• Proficient in computer applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and possessing the ability to quickly learn hospital systems.
• Demonstrated strong administrative, organizational, and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, professionalism, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Must be self-motivated, well-organized, service-oriented, and able to work effectively within the hospital’s operational and spiritual context.
