Job Description
Cigna is seeking a General Clerk Associate Representative - Provider Intake to efficiently organize and correctly process the flow of incoming and outgoing electronic documents, faxes, claims, and queries.
Responsibilities
Receiving and documenting claims.
Sorting, processing, and vetting claims firsthand for claims payment.
File management and classification of data within Kofax.
Electronic transfer of received claims to various platforms.
Triaging the flow of provider claims and queries on Salesforce.
Processing provider claims within stipulated Turnaround Times (TATs).
Managing the different channels through which claims are received.
Performing any other tasks as allocated.
Qualifications and Profile
Graduated with a Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Accurate with a strong attention to detail.
Well-organized with excellent time management skills.
Ability to deal with confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Capability to accurately handle large quantities of electronic documents.
Ability to prioritize set tasks accordingly and work under pressure.
Positive, can-do attitude with strong team collaboration skills.
