Full-Time Restaurant Manager

Joud Hotels is seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to fill the role of Full-Time Restaurant Manager. This position involves overseeing all aspects of the restaurant’s operations to ensure seamless guest experiences and uphold fine dining standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
• Leading, training, and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service.
• Upholding fine dining service standards and maintaining attention to detail at all times.
• Collaborating closely with the Executive Chef and Kitchen team to maintain menu consistency and quality.
• Managing reservations, special events, and VIP guest relations.
• Monitoring costs, stock levels, and overall profitability.
• Handling guest feedback with professionalism and ensuring quick resolution of any concerns.

Qualifications and Experience: The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a fine dining or luxury hotel restaurant. The role requires strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, coupled with a deep understanding of service etiquette, wine knowledge, and fine dining presentation. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities are essential. Applicants must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
