The Field Insight and Operations Support Officer role at BURN is designed to translate research plans into real-world execution. Duties and Responsibilities
- Carry out structured data collection in the field and through remote channels.
- Maintain clean, accurate datasets; support basic analysis using Excel or internal tools.
- Pull customer or product information from the internal CRM to facilitate research preparation.
- Locate, contact, and schedule customers for interviews, tests, or field visits.
- Build practical execution plans (e.g., multi-day visit schedules, routing, transport arrangements).
- Support Product Managers with the coordination of multiple concurrent research or pilot activities.
- Provide simple operational support, including handling receipts, tracking, logistics, and ensuring materials readiness.
- Summarise findings into short notes or insights for the product team.
Skills and Experience Required

- Digital competence, including proficiency in Excel, basic data handling, and comfort in learning internal platforms.
