Weston Hotel, a luxurious 4-star business hotel located along Langata Road in Nairobi, is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper. Designed to be a comfortable home away from home for discerning business and holiday guests, we are committed to service excellence, operational leadership, and premium hospitality standards.
Role Overview
This is an opportunity to be part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences. The Executive Housekeeper will lead the housekeeping department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency throughout the hotel.
Requirements and Qualifications
Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in housekeeping management within high-standard hospitality environments.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Leadership: Strong leadership capability with a proven track record of managing teams.
Commitment: A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a commitment to service excellence.
