Executive Driver

Key Responsibilities

• Executive Transportation: Provide safe and punctual transport for the CEO to board meetings, client engagements, airports, and other official functions.
• Route Management: Prioritize route optimization to avoid traffic and ensure advance arrival at all destinations.
• Family Support: Handle family-focused duties such as school runs, spousal errands, and medical appointments with the utmost confidentiality.
• Reporting and Compliance: Log all trips accurately for the Transport Manager to ensure compliance and maintain audit trails.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform daily vehicle inspections, ensure the vehicle is clean and fueled, and schedule regular maintenance to keep the vehicle in peak condition.
• Regulatory Adherence: Strictly adhere to company fleet policies and all Kenyan road safety regulations.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE).
• Licensing: Valid Class BCE/ B1C1 driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of work experience as a professional driver, preferably in an executive or personal driver capacity.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Nairobi routes and navigation apps; defensive driving certification is a significant advantage.
• Soft Skills: Proven discretion regarding executive and family privacy, cultural sensitivity, and high levels of integrity.
