This role is for an ERP Project Manager responsible for the successful planning, execution, and closure of ERP projects. The position requires comprehensive management across all project phases, ensuring objectives, scope, resources, and timelines are met.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Project Management: Manage project scope, goals, resources, and ensure strict adherence to established timelines and deliverables.
- Stakeholder and Client Relations: Oversee client relations by effectively managing expectations and maintaining alignment among all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential challenges and develop robust contingency plans.
- Financial and Deliverable Coordination: Coordinate the approval process for all project deliverables and documentation, ensuring timely follow-up on associated payments.
- Budget and Resource Monitoring: Monitor project budgets, resources, and risks throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Team Leadership: Manage cross-functional teams by assigning tasks, delegating roles clearly, and fostering strong collaboration.
- Bidding and Proposals: Prepare project proposals and assume the role of bid manager when necessary.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project records and provide comprehensive reports on project outcomes, status updates, and end-of-project summaries to all relevant levels.
- Meeting Facilitation: Facilitate necessary meetings, updates, and clear reporting across all organizational levels.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in ERP project management.
- Must be certified in PMP or an equivalent project management certification.
