Role Overview
CDL Human Resource is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager specializing in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), Government, and Insurance sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and overseeing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to payment collection. This role requires aligning the company's value proposition with client business objectives to solve complex challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management: Manage and maintain strong relationships between customers and the company.
Business Development: Identify and develop additional business opportunities within assigned accounts and target new potential accounts.
Sales Lifecycle: Oversee the entire sales process, including prospecting, relationship management, and payment collection.
Targets & Reporting: Meet assigned sales targets and provide quarterly reports on performance and attainment.
Collaboration: Partner with internal departments to ensure that all customer expectations and requirements are met efficiently.
Strategic Value: Assist customers in solving difficult business challenges by aligning the company's IT products and services with their strategic goals.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: BA/BSc/HND degree in a relevant field.
Experience:
5-10 years of professional experience in Enterprise IT Products & Services Sales.
5-10 years of dedicated Account Management experience.
Sector Expertise: Proven track record of selling into BFSI, Government, or Insurance sectors.
Sales Performance: Experience working in an environment where the minimum handled sales target was at least USD 1 million in gross profit.
Product Knowledge: Specific experience in selling Enterprise IT products and providing associated account management support.
