Our client in the Telecommunications sector seeks to recruit a Direct Sales Agent (DSA) to be based in Garissa. Reporting to the Shop Team Leader, the successful candidate will be responsible for marketing and selling company products and services in a professional manner while adhering to finance controls, processes, and retail operation policies.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Generation: Meet and exceed targets for Airtime, Acquisitions, and Devices.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory and consignment stock (including Telkom stock) for accurate balance of movements and physical stock daily.
Financial Accountability: Manage the daily cash float and account for daily sales.
Customer Experience: Support and implement customer experience improvement strategies for increased sales.
Technical Support: Offer technical support to customers, especially on the configuration of data devices.
Qualifications and Experience
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales.
Technical Competencies
Marketing skills and product knowledge.
