Woodcreek School is a British IGCSE system institution, situated on an 11-acre campus along Kamiti road adjacent to Tatu City, in Kiambu county. We are looking for a qualified English/Literature Teacher to join our team for Key Stages 3 to 5 (KS3-5). The successful candidate will be a digitally literate, life-long learner who enjoys building positive relationships with students and is passionate about child safeguarding.
Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality English and Literature lessons following the British National Curriculum.
Play a full part in the school’s pastoral care and extra-curricular programs.
Contribute to the development of our futuristic school as a committed team player.
Foster a positive learning environment and build strong relationships with students.
Ensure compliance with child safeguarding policies at all times.
Qualifications and Requirements
Qualified teacher with a minimum of five (5) years teaching experience in the British National Curriculum.
Must be currently teaching in a Cambridge Curriculum International School.
Must be a TSC (Teachers Service Commission) Certified Teacher.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (Bachelor of Education in Arts or equivalent).
Digitally literate and committed to continuous professional development.
Willingness to participate in extracurricular and pastoral activities.
