Our client is seeking a hands-on E-Commerce Manager to fully manage and grow the company-owned website. The role is operational and performance-driven, focusing on Shopify backend management, online merchandising, digital campaigns, and inventory coordination within the sports retail sector.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce & Website Management
- End-to-end management of the company’s Shopify website.
- Upload, update, and maintain product listings (SKUs, descriptions, pricing, images, and variants).
- Manage promotions, discounts, and pricing updates in line with sales strategies.
- Oversee order processing, refunds, exchanges, and coordination with dispatch/logistics teams.
- Ensure website accuracy, functionality, and optimal user experience at all times.
Inventory & Stock Control
- Monitor online inventory levels and ensure accurate stock synchronization with physical stores/warehouses.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to prevent stock-outs or overselling.
- Generate basic inventory and sales performance reports.
Creative & Digital Marketing
- Develop and manage website creatives, including banners, product images, and promotional materials.
- Edit and optimize product images using Adobe Photoshop and/or CorelDRAW.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive website traffic and conversions.
- Ensure consistent brand presentation across the website and social media platforms.
Sales Performance & Reporting
- Track online sales performance, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management on website performance and growth opportunities.
- Implement strategies to improve online sales, visibility, and customer engagement.
Qualifications & Experience
- BA/BSc/HND qualification is required.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in e-commerce management.
- Prior experience in sports footwear, sports apparel, accessories, or sports equipment is mandatory.
- Experience working with reputed brands in the same industry is required.
- Proven hands-on experience managing Shopify e-commerce platforms.
- Strong working knowledge of Photoshop and/or CorelDraw.
- Good understanding of digital marketing, social media, and online merchandising.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
