Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially astute Digital Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing initiatives that drive qualified lead generation, support revenue growth, and strengthen brand positioning. The role requires a disciplined professional who can align digital marketing performance with broader business and sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational growth targets.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture high-quality leads to support Business Development and sales teams.
- Plan, manage, and optimize digital campaigns across SEO, paid advertising, social media, and email marketing.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, conversion rates, cost per lead, and ROI.
- Collaborate closely with Business Development and Client Services teams to ensure effective lead conversion and client acquisition.
- Enhance brand visibility, digital presence, and market engagement in line with corporate standards.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Performance in this role will be measured against:
- Volume and quality of qualified leads generated.
- Lead-to-opportunity and lead-to-client conversion rates.
- Cost per lead and return on marketing investment (ROMI).
- Revenue contribution from digital marketing initiatives.
- Website traffic growth, engagement metrics, and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years' proven experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing.
- Experience in Marketing, Fintech, Insurance, or Real Estate sectors will be an added advantage.
- Strong hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, SEO, paid media platforms, and analytics.
Compensation
- Gross Monthly Retainer: KES 25,000-30,000.
- Commission: Performance-based commission linked to successful conversions.
