Job Description
This role is responsible for establishing and sustaining the communications governance framework at Tetra Pak. The Communications Manager, Operations ensures compliance, alignment, and consistency across global and market communication teams by maintaining governance frameworks, developing policies, and optimizing processes to drive efficiency and quality. This position also leads capability-building initiatives and the AI Office for Communications.
Key Responsibilities
Governance Framework
Maintain and improve governance frameworks for global and market communication teams.
Monitor adherence to standards, brand consistency, and communication protocols.
Ensure governance approaches remain relevant and effectively adopted.
Policies and Guidelines
Develop and communicate clear policies for major communications disciplines.
Translate global standards into practical market-ready guidance.
Partner with leaders to maintain high-quality documentation.
Process Design and Optimization
Refine core communications processes to drive efficiency and transparency.
Identify bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement in content creation and planning cycles.
Ensure operational alignment across systems and tools.
Ways of Working (WoW)
Promote integrated, collaborative working practices across regional and market teams.
Drive adoption of shared tools, platforms, and routines.
Upskilling and Capability Building
Identify skill gaps and implement training programs and learning pathways.
Lead the AI Office for Communications, overseeing AI governance and tool integration.
Support teams with best practices and ongoing AI readiness.
Requirements and Experience
8–10 years of experience in Communications Operations, PMO, Governance, or Corporate Excellence.
Experience working within a large, matrixed global organization.
Success in establishing governance frameworks and enabling operational excellence.
Strong background in process design and capability-building programs.
Experience leading technology adoption programs (AI experience is a strong plus).
