Role Overview
Tetra Pak is one of three companies in the Tetra Laval Group, a private group that started in Sweden. Together with our customers, we make food safe and available everywhere. The Communications Manager, Integration, serves as a vital link between central corporate functions and local markets. This role provides hands-on support during peak workloads, coordinates global sustainability and corporate initiatives, and manages the operational intake of market requests. The position ensures alignment with global standards while facilitating successful local implementation across various communication disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
Market Enablement
Serve as a communications manager supporting markets during peak workload periods.
Provide hands-on support across editorial and content creation, internal communications, PR and media relations.
Manage brand and campaign adaptation, tradeshows, and events.
Oversee program deployment and local implementation for specific market needs and priority projects.
Bridge Between Central Sustainability Communications & Markets
Coordinate Sustainability Communications initiatives between the central team and local markets.
Manage the localization and rollout of the Sustainability Report.
Deploy and govern the collection and recycling toolkit.
Coordinate sustainability claims and materials to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery.
Bridge Between Central Corporate Communications & Operations (CCO) & Markets
Act as the central point-of-contact for markets during the rollout of global Corporate Communications programs.
Ensure seamless execution and alignment between the CCO team and local market activities.
Support Corporate Communications Project Needs
Provide additional capacity to the CCO team during peak workload periods.
Contribute to wide-ranging communications projects, ensuring quality, speed, and alignment with global standards.
Coordination & Reporting
Operate the intake process (Service Hub) for all market requests related to consultants or overflow work.
Scope, prioritize, resource, and schedule requests, maintaining transparency and clear SLAs.
Produce quarterly and annual service performance reports.
Present insights and improvement recommendations to leadership.
Coordinate with external vendors and consultants managing briefings, SLAs, quality assurance, and budget adherence.
Design and administer the annual market satisfaction and needs survey. Analyze results, identify themes, and develop clear improvement plans.
Requirements
Professional Experience
13–15 years of progressive experience in Corporate Communications, Executive Communications, or Strategic Communications roles.
Proven experience advising and supporting CEOs, senior executives, or high-profile leaders.
Strong background in issues/crisis communications and enterprise-level reputation management.
Experience working across global, matrixed organizations with complex stakeholder networks.
Experience overseeing high-stakes governance and enterprise-wide communications frameworks.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Political Science, Public Affairs, Journalism, or related disciplines.
