Job Description
About the Role
As a Claims Representative, you will assess, process, and adjust medical claims accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies, quality standards, and service level commitments. Reporting to the Claims Supervisor, you will work closely with global colleagues to deliver excellent customer outcomes and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Review, assess, and process medical claims accurately and within agreed turnaround times.
Maintain accurate data entry across multiple systems.
Apply analytical thinking and sound judgment when evaluating claims.
Manage workload effectively while meeting quality and productivity targets.
Escalate complex or unclear claims as appropriate.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders.
Support a positive, collaborative team environment.
Adhere to confidentiality requirements when handling sensitive medical information.
Qualifications and Experience
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Insurance, Finance, or a related field.
Language Skills
Fluent in English.
Additional languages such as French, Portuguese, Spanish, German, or Arabic are an advantage.
