Embu County Government is seeking a Chief Trade Development Officer to join its team. The successful candidate will be part of an entity exercising constitutional authority responsible for county legislation and executive functions. This role is central to the county's mission of fostering economic growth and structured trade development.
Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this grade, an officer must meet the following criteria:
Experience: Must have served in a relevant and comparable position for a minimum period of three (3) years.
Education: Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Economics, International Trade, International Business, International Relations, or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
Technical Skills: Must possess a certificate in computer applications from a recognized institution.
