Job Description
Stellar Human Resource Solutions is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive for their client. The successful candidate will ideally have a strong marketing background within the service sector and be responsible for driving growth through strategic networking and prospecting initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the service industry.
Utilize marketing expertise to enhance brand presence and attract new clients.
Manage client relationships and lead generation activities using CRM tools.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and competitive advantages.
Network and prospect effectively to build a robust sales pipeline.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing (BA/BSc/HND).
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, specifically within the service sector.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM tools.
Soft Skills: Strong networking and prospecting abilities, combined with excellent research and analytical skills.
Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential.
