Scion Hospital is seeking a highly professional and results-driven Client Relationship Officer to strengthen and grow our hospital. The role focuses on building strategic relationships with doctors, healthcare institutions, and emergency service providers to drive brand growth, service utilization, and revenue while ensuring an excellent patient experience. Scion Hospital is an ultra-modern facility registered in Kenya with three branches operating within Nairobi, serving over 1.5 million members since 2009.
Key Responsibilities
- Referral Network Development and Brand Growth: Identifying and engaging potential referral partners to expand the hospital's reach.
- Partners Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.
- Service Marketing & Promotion: Promoting hospital services to medical specialists and clinics.
- Referral Growth & Revenue Generation: Developing strategies to increase patient referrals and overall revenue.
- Referral Experience & Service Quality: Monitoring the patient journey for referred clients to ensure high standards of care.
- Reporting & Performance Monitoring: Tracking performance metrics and providing regular reports on relationship building activities.
- Brand Representation & Professional Conduct: Acting as a professional ambassador for Scion Hospital in the healthcare community.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience working directly with doctors, hospitals, clinics, or medical specialists.
- Experience in healthcare marketing is required; a background in biomedical or clinical environments will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of healthcare referral systems and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong reporting, analytical, and presentation abilities.
