Job Description
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within various target sectors, including corporations, NGOs, universities, and government entities. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle from initial market research and outreach to contract negotiation and closing deals, while maintaining strong long-term client relationships and upholding the brand identity.
Duties and Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Outreach
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target sectors such as corporates, NGOs, universities, and government.
Conduct thorough market research to map potential clients and identify key decision-makers.
Develop and execute outreach campaigns aligned with the brand kit and sector-specific strategies.
Sales Process Management
Present the company’s service offerings, including consulting, branding, LMS partnerships, and property management, in persuasive formats.
Prepare tailored proposals, pitch decks, and quotations to meet client needs.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Relationship Building
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular check-ins and value-add communication.
Act as the primary liaison between clients and the consulting/branding teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Gather client feedback and relay insights to internal teams to improve service offerings.
Revenue Growth & Reporting
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
Track pipeline progress using CRM tools and report on conversion metrics.
Provide accurate forecasts and contribute to strategic business planning.
Brand & Market Representation
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Uphold the brand identity in all communications and presentations.
Support marketing initiatives by aligning sales messaging with ongoing brand campaigns.
Qualifications and Experience
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a Business-related field from a recognized institution.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of professional services sales processes, specifically within HR services.
A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in professional sales.
A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
