As the Branch Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Kisumu branch. Your role involves driving showroom sales, managing inventory and cash controls, and supervising staff to ensure that business targets are met. You will also maintain high standards of customer service and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities
Branch Management: Oversee daily operations including sales activities and administrative tasks.
Sales Leadership: Drive showroom performance to achieve set sales targets.
Financial Oversight: Ensure accurate cash handling, financial recording, and compliance with financial policies.
Team Development: Lead, coach, and supervise the branch team to enhance productivity and performance.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in branch or showroom management, specifically within the automobile industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (knowledge of Odoo is an added advantage) and MS Office Suite.
Management Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service abilities.
Functional Expertise: Demonstrated skills in sales management, inventory control, and financial oversight.
