This is the entry grade for Building Inspectors (Electrical) within the Nakuru County Government. Responsibilities and Duties
Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of electrical installations in public buildings and government quarters.
Testing: Perform testing on electrical systems to ensure they meet safety codes and functional requirements.
Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance of electrical systems and infrastructure to ensure continuous operation.
Compliance: Verify that all electrical works comply with relevant standards and technical specifications.
Reporting: Work under the supervision of senior officers to report on the status and maintenance needs of electrical systems.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education: A Diploma in any of the following fields: Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technician Part III, or its equivalent and relevant qualification from a recognized institution.
Entry Level: This is an entry-grade position; recent graduates with the required technical diploma are encouraged to apply.
