KCB Bank Kenya is seeking a Branch Manager for its Hola Branch. The role is responsible for achieving branch profitability through revenue maximization and prudent cost management while overseeing the overall operations and growth of the branch. The successful candidate will be tasked with growing both liability and asset portfolios, ensuring customer retention through excellent service, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve profitability targets through revenue maximisation and prudent cost management.
Grow and monitor branch’s liability and asset portfolios to achieve business targets.
Grow the customer base, ensure retention of existing customers through high level of customer satisfaction and cross selling.
Overall management of the branch through efficient utilization of resources.
Delivery of excellent customer service through maintenance of high service standards.
Ensure compliance to Enterprise-Wide Risk Management Framework.
Motivate, coach, and develop a high performing team.
Champion digital migration in the branch.
Requirements and Experience
A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution.
Cash Management Training is required.
A minimum of 8 years General Banking experience with at least 2 years as a Branch Manager.
Should have at least 6 months experience in Branch Operations: Cash, Clearing, Accounts & Administration.
At least 4 years’ experience in the following roles: Personal/Business/Retail Banking or Sales Manager, Credit Management, and Customer Service / Relationship Management.
