Ole-Sereni Hotels is growing its team and looking for passionate professionals to join their award-winning hospitality team overlooking Nairobi National Park. The ideal candidate is driven, service-oriented, and ready to grow their career in a dynamic hospitality environment.
Role Overview
As a Bartender at Ole Sereni, you will be part of a team delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. You will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks while ensuring guests enjoy the unique atmosphere of the hotel, which sits opposite the iconic Nairobi National Park.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
Interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner, providing recommendations from the bar menu.
Ensure compliance with all food and beverage safety and quality regulations.
Manage bar inventory and replenish supplies as needed.
Collaborate with the restaurant and service team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Requirements
Education: Minimum of a Diploma in a relevant field.
Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Attributes: Passionate about service, driven, and professional demeanor.
