The Safaricom Annual Internship Program 2026/27 is designed to provide students and recent graduates with an immersive experience in a leading converged communication solutions provider. Program Options
3-Month Industrial Attachment: For ongoing students. Intakes occur in April, July, October, and January.
6-Month Internship: For recent graduates (within 12 months) or those awaiting graduation. Intakes occur in April and October.
Pupillage: Specific to Kenya School of Law students. Intakes occur in April and October.
Qualifications and Eligibility
To be eligible for the 2026/27 cycle, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Be a current undergraduate university student in their 3rd, 4th, or 5th year of study.
Alternatively, be awaiting graduation or have graduated with a Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months.
Must be available on a full-time basis during the selected intake period.
Commitment to the full program duration (3 or 6 months, non-extendable).
Ability to apply for only one intake per calendar year.
