The Analyst, Real Estate position is a supporting role designed to facilitate efficient real estate operations by providing comprehensive evaluation and administrative support for property transactions and record keeping.
Responsibilities
The core duties of this role include:
- Evaluation and analysis of real estate appropriation requests.
- Gathering information necessary for data input processes.
- Managing project records meticulously.
- Reviewing and analyzing real property records, including copying, scanning, and electronically providing necessary information.
- Ordering appraisals and market analysis reports as required.
- Reviewing and analyzing information received from municipalities, outside entities, and other Church Departments to assist in preparing and executing acquisition, disposition, and property use agreements, under the direction of the real estate project manager.
- Preparation of detailed reports.
- Analyzing project requests to ensure content completeness.
- Preparing maps and compiling other related data for presentations by management.
- Organizing and managing information sourced from various databases.
- Purging working files to permanent records.
- Tracking the status of working projects and updating associated program tracking tools.
Qualifications
Successful candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, project or business management, marketing, or accounting or equivalent in related work experience.
- 0-3 years' experience in real estate transactions, capital needs analysis, business, marketing, and finance.
- Proficiency with databases and Microsoft Office suite.
