Wealth and Retail Banking Graduate Programme 2026

This is the Wealth and Retail Banking Graduate Programme for Kenya, starting in July 2026. The program provides continuous learning opportunities, early responsibilities, and the chance to make extensive connections across different teams.

Programme Areas

Participants will be given exposure across various key functional teams, including:

• Affluent Banking: Focused on accelerating wealth growth for our affluent clients, including Personal, Premium, Priority, Priority Private, and Private Banking segments.
• Wealth Solutions: Dedicated to building, managing, and protecting client wealth.
• Digital Banking: Utilizing data and NextGen technology to deliver personalized banking solutions.
• Bancassurance Performance and Analytics: Supporting the business through the application of data, AI, and analytics to enhance performance.

Eligibility Requirements

• Hold a relevant qualification (BA/BSc/HND) from any degree discipline.
• Have a permanent legal right to work in the country you’re applying to (Kenya).
• Must be a final year student, able to start full-time employment in July 2026.
