With locations in Nairobi, Kampala, and Entebbe, we pride ourselves on a unique ambiance and a team of highly skilled members serving excellence. We are looking for energetic and resilient Waiters and Waitresses to join our team in Nairobi.
Key Responsibilities
Menu Mastery & Sales: Develop an in-depth understanding of the menu to confidently recommend items, suggest pairings, and effectively upsell to guests.
Flawless Service: Accurately record guest orders, communicate timely updates, and ensure a prompt, seamless dining flow.
Exceptional Guest Care: Serve as the face of the restaurant, ensuring guest satisfaction from the moment they are seated until payment.
Spotless Standards: Maintain perfectly set tables, polished cutlery, and uphold impeccable standards of personal grooming and hygiene.
Requirements
Academic Qualification: Must possess a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality.
Experience: Fresh hospitality graduates are highly encouraged to apply. Having 1 year of experience in a fast-paced serving environment is considered an added advantage.
Language Skills: Excellent command of the English language.
Personal Attributes: Eager to learn, hardworking, energetic, outgoing, and resilient.
Grooming: Must adhere to impeccable personal grooming standards.
