This is a strategic hybrid-remote role intended to lead country programs as Maisha Meds expands its large digital network. The position will be based in one of Maisha Meds' countries of operation (Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, or Nigeria), with work permit sponsorship available. Given the focus on building trusted relationships on the ground, the role requires frequent travel across the region to work directly with country teams. The Vice President reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
At Maisha Meds, we believe all patients have a right to appropriate and effective healthcare. Across sub-Saharan Africa, private sector pharmacies play a major role in providing primary care, yet they remain largely separate from and unrecognized by the health system, lacking the technology, data, and support to make the highest quality healthcare widely accessible.
