Job Description
We are seeking a Digital Experience Manager to take ownership of a large-scale B2B website, shaping its strategy, improving performance, and ensuring the experience drives real commercial impact. In this role, you will lead the roadmap, work closely with marketing, brand, and growth teams, and ensure the website supports demand generation across multiple markets.
Responsibilities
Own the website and digital experience strategy.
Define and deliver a roadmap focused on performance and conversion.
Lead Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and experimentation across key user journeys.
Use data, user insights, and testing to improve UX and engagement.
Oversee content structure, governance, and SEO alignment.
Manage development teams, agencies, and platform performance.
Ensure the site is scalable, secure, and high-performing.
Implement new tools and AI where they add significant value.
Requirements
Education: BA/BSc/HND degree in a relevant field.
Experience: Proven experience leading B2B website strategy and performance at scale.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of UX, CRO, and digital analytics.
Track Record: Demonstrated ability to improve conversion rates and user experience.
Stakeholder Management: Confidence working with developers, agencies, and senior stakeholders.
Platforms: Hands-on experience with CMS platforms and web technologies.
Mindset: A commercial, data-led mindset.
