UAT Coordinator – Core Banking (T24/Temenos)

Key Responsibilities

• UAT Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage the UAT strategy and detailed execution timelines.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate UAT activities across various business units to ensure thorough validation.
• Scenario Design: Translate complex business requirements into comprehensive UAT test scenarios.
• Environment & Data Management: Ensure the availability and readiness of UAT environments and necessary test data.
• Defect Management: Facilitate UAT sessions, lead defect triage meetings, and manage the end-to-end defect lifecycle.
• Reporting: Track execution progress and provide regular status reports to management.
• Compliance: Ensure all regulatory scenarios are rigorously tested and documented.
• Sign-off: Coordinate and secure formal business sign-off before production deployment.
• Change Support: Support training and change management initiatives to ensure smooth system adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience specifically in UAT coordination within banking projects.
• Hands-on experience with the T24/Temenos core banking platform.
• Strong, practical understanding of banking operations.
• Solid familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the testing lifecycle.
• Proficiency in testing tools such as JIRA or HP ALM.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
