Trade Development Representative - Mshomoroni

Role Overview\nThe Trade Development Representative will be responsible for agent recruitment, mapping, and regular market visits in Mshomoroni, Mombasa. The role involves managing the identification and recruitment of Agents, training them on business tools and processes, ensuring compliance with AML/KYC guidelines, and maintaining branding and stock standards in the assigned trade area.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n* : Effectively manage the identification and recruitment of Agents, targeting mobile money outlets and high-traffic retail stores.\n* : Visit SSOs & Agents regularly using agreed route plans (beat plans).\n* : Provide all requisite tools for transactions at SSO & agent outlets and train SSOs and TKash Agents on processes.\n* : Train agents on AML and SSOs on KYC process in relation to SIMREG.\n* : Monitor and effectively enforce 1.5x stock rule for agents and ensure SSOs have adequate stock SIMs for new registration and activations.\n* : Develop and maintain merchandising standards by availing merchandising materials at SSOs and Agent outlets.\n\n### Principal Outputs\n* : Tkash, SSOs, ASOs.\n* : Retailer training, branding, and output tracking.\n* : Delivering assigned sales targets on Tkash, SSOs, gross additions, and devices.\n* : Ensuring visibility at ASO, Tkash, SSO, and retailer outlets.\n* : Ensuring availability of Telkom products within the assigned markets.\n* : Sharing reports as required.\n\n### Requirements\n* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.\n* At least 1 year experience in a sales and distribution role in FMCG or Telcos.\n* Customer focus.\n* Influencing and negotiation skills.\n* Networking and building partnerships.\n* Analytical thinking.
