The Sales Executive will be responsible for converting company-provided leads into successful property sales, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a highly motivated, results-driven individual with strong communication and negotiation skills, who can confidently guide clients through the property buying journey—from initial inquiry to closing and after-sales support. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment, enjoys working with people, and has a strong passion for real estate.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through consistent follow-ups and personalized communication.
Understand client needs and provide tailored property solutions.
Deliver exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
Sales Execution & Conversion
Negotiate and close transactions with transparency and professionalism.
Guide clients through the full purchase process, including after-sales support.
Follow-ups & CRM Management
Maintain consistent follow-ups via calls, messages, and site visits.
Accurately update and manage client data in the CRM system.
Property Showcasing
Organize and conduct property viewings.
Collaboration & Networking
Work closely with internal teams (marketing, digital, admin).
Build relationships with developers and key industry partners.
Participate in events and networking opportunities to grow client base.
Candidate Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
At least 2 years’ experience in sales (real estate experience is an added advantage).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset.
Proficiency in CRM tools and digital platforms.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and self-motivation.
