Role Overview
The Trade Developer will be responsible for driving sales growth and market presence for our product lines. This role involves active engagement with trade partners, managing fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), and ensuring that sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop trade relationships within the assigned territory in Nairobi.
Ensure the effective distribution and visibility of fast-moving products.
Work towards achieving and surpassing monthly and annual sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market reach.
Monitor market trends and provide feedback on competitor activities.
Requirements
Minimum of a Diploma in Sales & Marketing or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the sales sector.
Specific experience in handling fast-moving products (FMCG) is essential.
Proven ability to achieve and surpass sales targets.
