Tele-Collections Intern - Ngong

Responsibilities

• Manage outbound and inbound collection calls professionally.
• Implement debt collection processes and apply customer service principles to resolve payment issues.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and payment agreements.
• Ensure high levels of integrity while handling confidential client information.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve collection targets and maintain business standards.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) for daily reporting and communication.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional phone presence.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of debt collection processes and customer service principles.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or debt collections is an added advantage.
