To sell, cross/upsell and deliver excellent sales and service of the bank’s products and services whilst building long-term profitable customer relationships.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n* Branch Strategic input and planning: Contributes to the completion of the branch operational plan by preparing and implementing an individual business plan.\n* Business Growth & Development: Full responsibility for all product lines and business development. Achieve growth of the business portfolio (Assets and Liabilities) and increase transactional income.\n* Marketing & Brand Management: Build the Sidian Bank Brand to ensure it is top of mind as an enterprise bank and establish relationships with key local business influencers.\n* Relationship Management & Customer Experience: Drive positive customer experience and advocacy to drive competitive advantage. Achieve set customer satisfaction (CSAT) and Net Promoter (NPS) scores.\n* Branch Operations: Support branch operations as assigned by the Branch Manager to manage leave and other emergency situations.\n* Personal Leadership & Development: Set performance objectives and measures of success in liaison with the Branch Manager.\n* Risk & Compliance: Ensure all customers onboarded meet minimum criteria and are screened adequately considering AML/CFT/CPF guidelines. Monitor customer transactions and profiles.\n\n### Requirements\n* University degree or above in a relevant business discipline (e.g., Business Administration or Finance).\n* At least 5 years’ experience in retail banking and/or commercial banking including a minimum of 3 years sales experience.\n* Diploma in Banking – AKIB (added advantage).\n* Sound knowledge of Retail Banking/SME products, services, and processes.\n* Thorough understanding of CBK regulatory framework.\n* Strong leadership, marketing, sales, and management skills.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested and qualified?
